What is PTOFlow?
PTOFlow is a modern, secure platform built for school PTOs and PTAs. It combines communication, documents, donations, reimbursements, events, and volunteer sign-ups into one branded hub for your school.
Is PTOFlow free for PTOs?
Yes — PTOFlow is free to start. You can create your PTO, invite your board, and begin communicating without a credit card. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to donations and store orders.
Who is PTOFlow designed for?
PTOFlow is built for school administrators, PTO presidents, treasurers, volunteer coordinators, committee chairs, teachers, room parents, and every parent or guardian who wants to be involved.
How does PTOFlow handle donations?
PTOFlow uses Stripe to process donations, sell spirit wear, and reconcile reimbursements with receipts attached — all with role-based privacy so only your treasurer sees the full ledger.
Is PTOFlow secure and private?
Yes. PTOFlow is role-based by design: treasurers see finances, teachers see their classes, and parents see only what they need. Each school gets its own branded space with no cross-school data leakage.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. PTOFlow runs in the browser on phones, tablets, and laptops. There's nothing to install, and your PTO's space can live at your own school subdomain.
Can teachers and admins use PTOFlow too?
Absolutely. Teachers can post to their classroom community, school admins can broadcast announcements, and the PTO board manages everything from the same calm dashboard.
